Crew members wanted for new online crew

Hey! We're currently looking to expand our design crew into the online world, giving an opportunity for those that would like to get the feel of a studio environment while honing their skills.
We're currently looking for:

Background Sketch Artists
-Capable of taking a general room layout and rough sketching multiple views of the room.

Background Vector Artists
-Capable of creating show-accurate backgrounds from a rough sketch, able to correct perspective on backgrounds and work with a color palette that fits other backgrounds. Must use Illustrator, Flash, or inkscape when designing vectors.

Prop Vector Artists
-Capable of creating show-accurate props at multiple angles from rough sketches. Must use Illustrator, Flash, or inkscape when designing vectors.

Voice actresses (Female)
-Must be capable of performing many separate voices distinguishable from another, while following vocal direction to display emotions and feeling in speech. Voice must not be strained, or sound unnatural. Microphone must be a enthusiast or higher level grade with minimal background noise.

Sound designer
-Must posses a large number of high quality sound effects, or able to locate or create some if they do not have one for the occasion needed.

Music artist
-Capable of creating background music that syncs up with what has been animated while sounding near in quality to the show.

Script Writer
-Capable of writing short yet funny scripts that do not include any OC's and do not surpass a pg-13 rating.

Prerequisites

Once accepted in, you'll need to be added to the DILeak Studio's Skype group, where we talk about what is needed for the upcoming animation and where we currently are in it. Therefore Skype is required, making an easy way to get in touch. It's mostly an open group, where you can chat about almost anything and have a good time.

You will also need experience in whatever field you're applying for. And preferably some examples of what you are capable of doing. As much as this is a learning event, we cannot take the time to train anyone from square one, and would prefer intermediate knowledge.
