actually, there been some theory's about how pegasus could walk on clouds :
Unicorn magic is focalised toward their horns...
Pegasus cant possibly fly wit those relative small wings witout magic energy feeding it muscles or something, so pegasus could have magic in themselves, and since they don't have natural focalisator (no horns), it travel all over their body, and since some is near the hoves, the magic act like a float to walk on clouds (instead of float boots on water, and clouds are made of water soo...)
Soo, that one way to assume it wit SOME physics logic
